ROGERS, Justice.

Plaintiff sued his wife for a separation from bed and board, alleging abandonment. The summons to return to the matrimonial domicile prescribed by Act No. 73 of 1932 was issued, served on the defendant, and return made thereon. Defendant answered the petition, denying the alleged abandonment and demanding in re-convention a judgment of separation from bed and board, on the ground of cruelty.
