I. Introduction

This is a suit involving the interpretation of an indemnity agreement. In four issues, Delta Airlines, Inc. (“Delta”) complains that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment for ARC Security, Inc. (“ARC”), (footnote: 1) and against Delta on its contractual indemnity claims. We affirm.
