[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The plaintiffs, John and Gabriel DeCsepel, filed a one count complaint to collect on a promissory note against the defendants, Joseph Cassin, Michael Grean, and JM Associates. The plaintiffs allege in the complaint that, on December 23, 1985, JM Associates, acting through its general partners, Cassin and Grean, executed a promissory note. The plaintiffs further allege that the defendants are in default for not paying the principal balance of the promissory note when it became due.
