In PDM Molding, Inc. v. Stanberg, 885 P.2d 280 (Colo.App.1994), the court of appeals reversed a decision of the respondent Industrial Claim Appeals Office (ICAO) awarding temporary total disability benefits to respondent Derrick Stanberg, a workers’ compensation claimant. The court of appeals held that the termination of an employee for fault does not automatically bar the employee from receiving temporary total disability benefits pursuant to section 8-42-105, 3B C.R.S.
