Holt, Justice.

The state, the petitioner in the above entitled proceeding, under the eminent domain statute sought to acquire certain parcels of land for the widening of trunk highway No. 45 as located through Washington county. Each respondent owned one of the parcels sought to be taken by the proceeding. They were duly notified of the time and place of the meeting of the commissioners appointed by the court to appraise these parcels of land.
