OPINION

IRENAS, Senior District Judge.

Following a two-week trial, the jury returned a verdict on June 10, 2004, for Plaintiffs Danielle Lyles (“Lyles”), Gloria Gadson (“Gadson”), and Paulino Bonds (“Bonds”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) in a consolidated action against Defendant Flagship Development Corporation (“Flagship”). The jury found that Flagship violated the Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988 (“EPPA”) in asking Plaintiffs to take polygraph examinations and in firing them based on the results of a polygraph administered to another employee.
