HODGE, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff brought this action to recover treble damages against the defendants for alleged violation of Section 4 of the Clayton Act, Section 15, Title 15 U.S.C.A., and for injunctive relief. After a full trial on the merits the Court dismissed the action for want of sufficient proof of violation of said Act. Defendants have requested the allowance to them of at torneys’ fees by reason of considerable legal expense in successfully defending the action.
