Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge suspended Nicole M. Kolhouse (Attorney Registration Number 33291) from the practice of law for three months, effective September 17, 2018, with the requirement that she petition for reinstatement. Respondent was administratively suspended from the practice of law by the Colorado Supreme Court on May 18, 2011. Nevertheless, she continued to practice law by purporting to represent a litigant in a telephone discussion with opposing counsel.
