ORDER
BABCOCK, District Judge.
This case is before me on Chief Magistrate Judge Donald E. Abram’s recommen dation that petitioner’s 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition be dismissed with prejudice.
Petitioner has filed timely specific objections to the recommendation. I review the recommendation de novo.
The Chief Magistrate Judge’s thorough and exhaustive analysis of petitioner’s claims is correct legally.
