A military judge sitting as a general court-martial at Fort McPherson, Georgia, convicted Anderson, pursuant to his pleas, of willfully suffering military property to be damaged beyond repair (hereafter referred to as willful destruction of military *343property), drunk driving with injuries, and involuntary manslaughter, in violation of Articles 108, 111, and 119 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 908, 911, and 919, respectively.
