The issues presented are:(1) Was it error to allow Brown to testify as to values prior to the date of taking ?(2) Did the court err by commenting on Brown’s qualifications in the presence of the jury?(3) Was it error to deny the plaintiff’s motion for a directed verdict?
This court, when reviewing a jury verdict, need consider only that evidence which supports the verdict, and will not reverse that verdict if credible evidence reasonably supports the jury conclusion.
