I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff is a disabled retired employee of co-defendant, Commonwealth Oil Refining Co. (CORCO). Plaintiff, proceeding in forma pauperis and pro-se, filed a complaint in which he alleges that he is a beneficiary of a long term disability insurance policy, held by his former employer CORCO and underwritten by co-defendant Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (CGLIC).
