This case was referred to United States Magistrate Judge R. Steven Whalen pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B). There are two pending motions to dismiss this case, one filed by Defendant Minnesota Life Insurance Company (“Minnesota Life”), and one filed by Defendant Unum Life Insurance Company of America (“Unum”) (Dkt. 24 & 25).
