SHELLEY D. RUCKER, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiffs Monford C. Rice, II and Rebecca Rice (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed this adversary proceeding against defendant debtor Vincent Perry Morse (“Defendant” or “Debtor”) seeking a judgment from this court that a debt in the amount of $223,500 is non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), 523(a)(4), and *466528(a)(2)(A).
