Kilpatrick v. Planning Board

These cases are related subdivision appeals brought pursuant to G.L.c. 41, §81BB of the Subdivision Control Law (G.L.c. 41, §8IK et seq.). Each of the appeals was timely filed from an April 24, 2000 decision of the Boylston Planning Board (“Board”) which approved a 43-lot1 residential subdivision plan of properly entitled “Barnard Hill.” Youssef *437B.
