This is a bill in equity brought under G. L. c. 41, § 81BB (as amended through St. 1955, c. 348), by Daley Construction Co., Inc. (Daley), on January 25, 1957. It seeks relief from the disapproval by the planning board of Randolph (the board) under c. 41, § 81U (as amended through St. 1955, c. 324), of a plan for the subdivision of land.
