Appeal from the Circuit Court of the United States for the Northern District of Mississippi. The appellants, Hill, Fontaine & Co., complainants in the circuit court, filed' their bill against A. L. “(1) The court erred in not construing the deed of trust and the deed of assignment as one instrument.
