1Per curiam

¶ 1. In this disciplinary proceeding, the referee concluded that the OLR had proven violations on 10 of the 15 counts contained in the complaint filed by the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR). Based on those violations, the referee recommended that Attorney Michael Inglimo's license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for 18 months. Both the OLR and Attorney Inglimo appeal from the referee's report and recommendation.
