Bruce Martin Construction, Inc. (Bruce Martin), appeals two district court 1 orders, one dismissing its negligent misrepresentation claim against CTB, Inc., on the pleadings, the other granting summary judgment to CTB on Bruce Martin’s breach of warranty claim. We affirm.. I.
