BEAM, Circuit Judge.
Nicole Figg appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment dismissing a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim and several state-law causes of action arising from her incarceration in the South Dakota Women’s Prison. The district court held that since Figg’s sentence of incarceration had not been invalidated, her section 1983 action was barred by the “favorable-termination” rule established in Heck v. Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477, 114 S.Ct. 2364, 129 L.Ed.2d 383 (1994), and that her state-law causes of action were likewise interdicted. We affirm the dismissal of the 1983 action on…
