McKee, J.:

Defendant was convicted of the crime of forgery. It is contended that the judgment of conviction is erroneous, and that the Court below erred in denying a motion which was made in arrest of judgment, and also for a new trial, because the indictment upon which the defendant was tried and convicted docs not state facts sufficient to constitute a public offense.

The indictment contains two counts: one charging that the defendant falsely and feloniously made a bill of exchange for the sum of $325, and falsely and feloniously indorsed on it the name of one James B. Lankersheim, with…
