EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Appellant was charged with various drug offenses committed aboard the USS DAHLGREN. On mixed pleas, he was convicted by a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial of conspiring with two other sailors to distribute hashish, in violation of Article 81 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 881, and of wrongful possession of hashish with intent to distribute and seven distribution offenses, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 USC § 934.1 The military judge sentenced Connor to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 4 years,…
