LOONEY, Justice..
H. E. Rogers as next friend for his daughter Venetia Rogers, a girl eleven years of age, brought this action against Dallas Railway & Terminal Company to recover damages for personal injuries sus tained by Venetia on May 23, 1945 in an accidental collision with a bus owned and operated by the defendant. H. E. Rogers also sued in his own behalf to recover damages for loss of the services of his daughter and the necessary expenses incurred for medical treatment and hospitalization due to the personal injury sustained by the minor.
