GRANT, Justice.
Gunnar Nelson, son of the decedent, Eric Hilliard Nelson, appeals from a trial court order denying his request to set aside a previous order appointing a temporary administrator for the Estate of Eric Hilliard Nelson.
Eric Hilliard Nelson, a California resident, died in an airplane crash in Bowie County, Texas, on December 31, 1985.
