SPEARS, Justice.

This appeal involves the appointment of a temporary administrator under section 131A of the Texas Probate Code. Phyllis Neal filed an application in the probate court for the appointment of a temporary administrator for the estate of Eric “Ricky” Nelson, deceased. The probate court appointed a temporary administrator for the purpose of receiving citation in a wrongful death action.
