Presently before the court is defendant’s motion for reconsideration, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) 1 and local rule 12(1), 2 of an order that denied defendant’s motion for a judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c). For the reasons set forth below, defendant’s motion for reconsideration and judgment on the pleadings is granted.
