BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Attorney Gwen Caranchini appeals from the district court’s order of disbarment. The district court disbarred Caranchini in reciprocal disciplinary proceedings initiated after she was disbarred by the Missouri Supreme Court. See In re Caranchini, 956 S.W.2d 910, 920 (Mo.1997) (en banc), cert. denied, — U.S. -, 118 S.Ct. 2347, 141 L.Ed.2d 717 (1998).
