Jeffrey G. Harden appeals the district court’s order compelling arbitration. Roadway Package Systems, Inc. (“RPS”) sought summary judgment or in the alternative mutually binding arbitration of Harden’s claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”). The principal issue in this case is whether the district court erred in compelling arbitration.
