This appeal is by the surety upon the bond of a holder of a restaurant license, issued under the “Pennsylvania Liquor Control Act,” from an order of the quarter sessions revoking the license and forfeiting the bond.

On January 17, 1935, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board issued a restaurant liquor license for the year 1935 to Joseph DeLucca, trading as “Stenton Grill,” upon the premises at No. 217 South 40th Streét, Philadelphia.
