This is an appeal by Seaboard Surety Company, one of the defendants below, from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, discharging its rule upon the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to show cause why a judgment entered on a liquor license bond against Eclipse Literary and Social Club, principal, and Seaboard Surety Company, surety, in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000) should not be opened, and the Seaboard Surety Company, appellant, let into a defense.
