Appellant John David Terry appeals from the circuit court’s order dismissing his amended complaint against appellees John A. White, in his capacity as Chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and B. Alan Sugg, in his capacity as President of the University of Arkansas System, pursuant to Arkansas Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) (2007).
