Attorney Eddie Christian, Jr., appeals from an order of the Washington County Circuit Court finding him in contempt for intentionally and willfully violating a prior order barring all discovery. Christian alleges two points of error on appeal: 1) the circuit court’s prior order did not prohibit new discovery after the filing of an amended complaint; and 2) the circuit court exhibited both the appearance of bias and actual bias.
