Harrington, Chancellor:
By deed dated October 17th, 1901, George F. Stephens conveyed about 162 acres of land, in Brandywine Hundred, New Castle County, constituting what is now known as the Village of Arden, to William L. Price, Frank Martin and George F. Stephens, upon certain trusts, the terms of which need not be stated. The pro*13visions of that deed proved to be inadequate to carry out the intent of the founder, and, on January 31st, 1908, a second trust indenture was executed and delivered by George F.
