Blume, Chief Jusice.

It is not necessary to give anything but the barest outline of the main action herein. Blanche Spencer, Trustee, as plaintiff, sued Lake C. Harris, defendant. Plaintiff alleged in her amended petition that on or before August 24, 1949, the plaintiff individually and Leonard Ong, Thomas 0. Miller, C. D. Jennewein, Roscoe Kilmer, Oscar Bostrom and Lake Harris (defendant herein), loaned to Wyoming Quarries, Inc., doing business at Lusk, Wyoming, the sum of $36,723.70, the persons named contributing various but unequal amounts to the loan; that the Wyoming Quarries…
