Petitioner objects to the manner in which the election was conducted, in that the voting machines permitted voting for the individuals aspiring to the offices of President and Vice-President of the United States, and failed to provide facilities for voting for those individuals who had been nominated for the offices of presidential electors. Petitioner, who is an attorney, pleads his own case.
