Presently before the Court is Defendant ADT Security Services, Ine.’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings,1 [Doc. 13]. Defendant ADT contends that Plaintiff Kenneth Lawson’s Complaint [Doc. 1], which alleges negligence, breach of contract, and detrimental reliance, should be dismissed in its entirety.
