The trial court granted summary judgment for defendants city and police officer (Harburg) in this false imprisonment action, and plaintiff appeals from the resulting judgment. We affirm.

Harburg stopped the car in which plaintiff was a passenger. Harburg was acquainted with plaintiff, he knew that there was an outstanding warrant for the arrest of a person with plaintiffs name, and so he arrested plaintiff.
