In proceedings at Stillwater, in Washington county, before the Hon. W. C. Williston, judge of the district court in and for the first judicial district, upon an order requiring the relators to show cause why they should not be punished for contempt of court, they were adjudged to be guilty of contempt, and fines were imposed therefor. By writ of certiorari the proceedings have been brought to this court for review.
