This case comes before us upon a petition to enforce an order of the National Labor Relations Board. The order directed the respondent, Wilson Line, Inc., a steamship company, to cease and desist from its unfair iabor practices and affirmatively to withdraw recognition from and to disestablish the Christiana Marine Association (C. M. A.) and the Unlicensed Marine Employees Committee (U. M. E. C.) as bargaining representatives of its employees, to reinstate with back pay 19 employees found to have been discriminatorily discharged, to make whole one employee, already…
