WOODROUGH, Circuit Judge.

This petition by the National Labor Relations Board is for enforcement of the Board’s order entered against respondent Winona Textile Mills, Inc., in proceedings under Section 10 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160. The Trial Examiner found that respondent had engaged in unfair labor practices at its mill in violation of Sec. 8 (1, 3, 5) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158 (1, 3, 5). Specifi cally, he found that respondent interfered with, restrained and coerced its employees in the exercise of the rights guaranteed by Section 7 of the Act, 29 U.S.'C.A. §…
