Nez Perce County v. Dent

This is an action prosecuted by appellant, Nez Perce County, against respondents, Harry Dent and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland. The former was sheriff of the county during the times mentioned in the amended complaint, and the latter was surety on his official bond.
