BEAR, J.
The plaintiff, Russell Krol, appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the decisions of the workers’ compensation commissioner (commissioner) denying the plaintiffs motion to open and set aside the stipulated settlement agreement (agreement) entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant A.V. Tuchy, Inc., 2 and denying the plaintiffs motion to correct the commissioner’s findings. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the board improperly affirmed the commissioner’s decisions. 3 We disagree and affirm the decision of the board.
