Defendant, Mobil Oil Coiporation, appeals as of right from the entry of a final judgment against it. Defendant argues that the trial court had no authority to enter the judgment, as Mobil had rejected the mediation award upon which it was based. We agree and reverse, remanding for further proceedings.
