Plaintiff Leonard Hinton brought this suit against the above captioned defendants under title 42 U.S.C. section 1983, alleging violations of his constitutional rights. Specifically, plaintiff seeks relief from defendants’ violations of his civil rights under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution flowing from alleged brutality and unreasonable and excessive use of force against him by New York State Police personnel.
