BAKER, Chief Judge.

Appellants-plaintiffs Rita Beatty, as custodial parent of Nora K. Beatty, deceased, and the estate of Rodger Beatty (the Estate), deceased (collectively, the Beattys), appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee-defendant Timothy LaFountaine, d/b/a LaFountaine Logging (LaFountaine), in a wrongful death action that was initiated against La-Fountaine and others following a vehicle collision that resulted in Nora’s death.
