Case Summary

Ellerman Roofing employee Jerry R. Merrill, Jr. (Merrill) filed a negligence action against Knauf Fiber Glass GmbH (Knauf) for injuries sustained after Merrill fell through a skylight while repairing Knaufs roof. This appeal involves the trial court's grant of Knauf's motion to strike part of an affidavit, its grant of Knaufs motion for summary judgment, and its denial of Merrill's cross-motion for partial summary judgment.
