This is an appeal by defendant-appellant Delta Loan and Finance Company, (hereinafter Delta), from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis entered November 30, 1971. The judgment of the trial court decreed the following: (1) that the plaintiffs recover the sum of $88.55 representing the excess paid on a loan to the plaintiffs plus lawful interest at 6%, together with a fee for the plaintiffs’ attorney in the amount of $1,400.00; (2) that the plaintiffs were entitled to recover payments made on the loan since the date of the trial, May 11, 1971; (3) that Delta…
