This is a replevin suit for possession of an automobile. Plaintiff’s rights depend upon the validity of a chattel mortgage which defendant gave thereon. The defense is that the mortgage is void because of usury. At the close of the evidence, the trial court instructed the jury to find for defendant upon that question. Plaintiff has appealed from the-judgment on the verdict thus obtained.
