On December 30, 2005, this Court issued an opinion in this cause. On February 28, 2006, the Supreme Court of Missouri sustained an application for transfer to that court. On September 26, 2006, the Supreme Court entered an order retransfer-ring the cause to this Court. The original opinion of this Court, which follows, is now readopted and reissued.
