This is a consolidated appeal from two judgments entered against Evan and Jessica Hazelwood (“the Hazelwoods”). In SD31928, the Hazelwoods challenge the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Terry Breidenstein (“Breiden-stein”). In SD31929, the Hazelwoods challenge the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Safe Auto Insurance Company. (“Safe Auto”).
